Festival Hanan Cine - Puno, Peru

The Festival Hanan Cine had a lot of "firsts" for "The Gringa and the Musician."

It was the first time the film was shown in an area where the movie was filmed.   Aune Hartmann spent a lot of time in the area.

It was also first time that people who knew Aune were able to watch the film and the audience included a number of people who collaborated on the making of the film.

It was also the first time the film has been shown in a non-theater setting.  It screened in the Coliseum of the Glorioso Colegio Nacional "San Carlos" de Puno.

And it was the first time that people who were featured in the film, including actor Edson Mamani were in attendance.
